You must remain within the hotel area for the duration of the detention until an official approval of medical to go home.
Escaping from your room is strictly prohibited in all case and will result in highest legal punishments.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the area of your room during the quarantine period as reported by the hospital. Violations may result in legal punishment.

Our ASQ package includes 3 COVID SWAP tests during your stay
Only your restroom in your room is allowed for use. Public restroom usage is strictly prohibited until your detention period ends.
Don’t forget to wash your hands with liquid soap or alcohol gel before, during and after you eat, cough or sneeze. Wearing medical masked are recommend for all time during your detention period.
External visits from family and friends are strictly prohibited with no excuse.
According to Ministry of Health law enforcement, smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited during your detention period. Violations will result in THB 20,000 fine with no excuse.
Your package includes with 3 meals per day. Guest are recommend to choose your preferred menu via LINE: Pullman SKV Support 1 day earlier. In case of no choose, our chef will random pick a menu for you.
Hotel delivery time
Breakfast – 8.00 – 9.30 am
Lunch – 12.00 – 1.30 pm
Dinner – 5.00 – 6.30 pm
Our staff will provide your meal at the table in front of your room only. We ask your corporation not to open the door to check for your meal before you receive a notice in LINE: Pullman SKV Support. Thank you.
Please finish your meal within your room only. (Hotel Room Service is not available at the moment) Drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during your detention period and will result in THB 20,000 fine with no excuse.
Drinking water are provided in your room. Additional drinking water request are available with additional cost.

Please dispose of infectious wastes in the provided red rubbish bag. Wrap it carefully and spray it with the alcohol spray provided before placing it in the tray provided in front of your room.
Hotel staff will pick up your rubbish bag once a day at 9.00 pm onward. Please do not open your room during the time given
External food delivery services are NOT ALLOWED during your quarantine period.
PARCEL DELIVERY POLICY
Please have your parcel delivery before 3.00 pm at B1 floor only and we will have staff deliver to your room the same time of evening meal. Fresh food, drinks, alcoholic beverages are NOT ALLOWED. All parcel must not contain sharp objects (scissors, cutter, blade, nail clippers, etc.). In case of prohibited, hotel reserves the rights to not deliver to you.
After delivery hours, your parcel will be delivering in the next day evening.
Laundry services are not available at the moment.
